Classified ads are a traditional way of getting your message to a great number of potential employees. Many newspapers offer online job posting and resume search services in addition to print ads. You may also consider placing classified ads in one or more out of state newspapers, especially in those locations where you feel your ideal candidate may be living! Ask the newspaper about running display ads, these are more expensive but with graphics or photography, they can attract more attention to your employment opportunities.
Other possibilities for finding the right candidate might be found by placing classified ads in trade magazines and periodicals published by the various professional associations and organizations.
